JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 25-09-2019 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is a large scale irregularity in the matters of appointment and payment of salary in H.D. Jain College, Ara. He submits that he may be granted liberty to approach the Vice Chancellor, V.K.S. University.

Without going into the merit of the claim of the petitioner, the present writ application stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Vice Chancellor of the V.K.S. University who shall be in a position to take appropriate decision.
