Impugned communication is relating to internal communication among the two officers of the respondents, proposing to initiate criminal case against the petitioner, therefore, the present petition is not maintainable. The petitioner had a cause of action only as and when necessary action is taken and that too in accordance with relevant provisions.

3. Therefore, the present petition is not maintainable, accordingly, writ petition stands dismissed.
