The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Sima Devi died in matrimonial house in an unnatural circumstance. Allegation is that she was being tortured alleging illicit relationship with her 'Bahnoi'.

The petitioner is father-in-law. There is no eye witness of the occurrence. The petitioner is in custody since 14.12.2016. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar in
