The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Sima Devi died in matrimonial house in an unnatural circumstance. Allegation is that she was being tortured alleging illicit relationship with her 'Bahnoi'.
The petitioner is father-in-law. There is no eye witness of the occurrence. The petitioner is in custody since 14.12.2016.
