JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL ORDER 20-02-2015 There is a generality of allegation where the petitioner has not been made accused as such. The allegation is primarily against the Panchayat Secretary with regard to illegal withdrawal of the amount of Panchayat. Since the matter is still to be tried and the genuineness of the allegations will be tested, let the above named petitioner at this stage, in the event of surrender within four weeks, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/-(twentyfive thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Sandesh P.S. Case No. 92/2013 dated 11-8-2013, subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
