JUSTICE VIKASH JAIN ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 16-05-2018 The present writ petition has been filed for issuance of an appropriate writ, order or direction in the form of mandamus directing the respondent authorities to issue "No objection Certificate" in the name of the petitioner which is required for the purpose of opening of new retail outlet dealership and further for directing the respondent

Patna High Court CWJC No.12309 of 2016 dt.16-05-2018 2/2 authorities to pay compensation/loss caused due to the undue delay in issuing the 'No Objection Certificate'.

2. During the pendency of the writ petition, Interlocutory Application No. 3787 of 2018 has been filed with a prayer, inter alia, stating that the Government has accepted the chalan filed by the petitioner and the concerned authorities have also recommended for grant of 'No Objection Certificate'. It is therefore, submitted that the present writ petition need not be pursued any longer.

3. In view of the statement made in the said Interlocutory Application the writ petition stands disposed of. The interlocutory application also stands disposed of.
