Petitioner is accused in connection with Nayagaon Police Station Case No 34 of 2002 dated 01.06.2002 registered under Sections 364/34 of Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted that petitioner is in custody since 18.08.2016 and charges in this case have already been framed on 18.04.2017.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on his furnishing bonds of Rs 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Begusarai in connection with Nayagaon
