2. The petitioner has moved the Court alleging non compliance and violation of the order dated 08.04.2016 passed in CWJC No. 6781 of 2014.

3. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and in view of the materials on record, the Court finds that the said order has been complied by the authorities and today whatever grievance the petitioner may have shall be a fresh cause of action

Patna High Court MJC No.2755 of 2016 dt.15-07-2019 2/2 for him to move before the appropriate forum, in accordance with law, for redressal of the same.
