2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner along with other co-accused persons is said to have killed the deceased. Petitioner is in jail since 02.06.2024.

4. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that in the trial of other co-accused all the witnesses have become hostile including the informant and therefore he deserves regular bail.

5. I have considered the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner. The case is of the year 2020. The petitioner has surrendered /taken into custody since 02.06.2024.

6. In my opinion, the petitioner has absconded for four years and therefore he doesn't deserve bail.

7. This application is dismissed.

8. The trial court is directed to expedite the trial of the petitioner. If the trial is delayed, the petitioner may renew his prayer for regular bail.
