JUSTICE ADITYA KUMAR TRIVEDI ORAL ORDER 21-04-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned APP for the State assisted by learned counsel for the complainant.

At an earlier occasion, learned respective counsels were requested to get the matter sorted out under congenial and harmonious atmosphere but the learned respective counsels are sorry to inform that the settlement could not be materialized. On this score, a supplementary affidavit has also been filed on behalf of petitioner.

Taking into account the status of the petitioner to be the husband coupled with assertion, allegation made in the complaint petition, I do not see the petitioner needs any leniency by way of grant of anticipatory bail. Consequent thereupon, prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected.
