2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Mashrakh P.S. Case No. 99 of 2022 dated 06.03.2022 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 325, 307, 448, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that earlier the anticipatory bail application of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 18.01.2025 in Cr. Misc. No. 73739 of 2024. He further submits that both the parties have settled their dispute amicably and in this regard they have filed compromise petition before learned Court of ACJM VII at Saran Chapra.

4. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.

5. Considering the materials available on record and on perusal of the compromise petition, it appears that both the parties have amicably settled their dispute but this is good ground for regular bail and not for anticipatory bail.

6. Accordingly, the present anticipatory bail application of the petitioner is hereby disposed off.

7. However, if petitioner surrenders before the Trial Court within four weeks and prays for Regular bail then the Trial Court shall consider the compromise petition of the petitioner and verify the said compromise petition in the presence of all the victims and if the said compromise petition is found to be true, then the Trial Court shall enlarge the petitioner on regular bail.
