The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 385 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code, section 27 of the Arms Act and under section 3 (1) (x) of SC/ST Act. The petitioner is alleged to have pointed out pistol on the chest of the informant and demanded money for purchasing Ganja. The petitioner is also said to have abused the informant by naming his caste. The petitioner is in jail since 12.12.2014. Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner and the fact that petitioner is in jail since 12.12.2014, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
