2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 504 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act registered in connection with Rani Talab P.S. Case No. 126 of 2019.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated on the accusation of having assaulted the informant's son with knife while other accused persons assaulted him with lathi and danda. It is submitted that the first information report has been instituted against as many as 6 named and 10 unknown persons. Other accused persons have been granted anticipatory bail by a coordinate bench of this court vide order dated 17.08.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 51088 of 2019. The petitioner claims clean antecedents.

4. Learned APP opposes the petition, submitting that informant's son has sustained as many as four injuries of which injury no.1 on nose bridge between eyebrow measuring 3 cm x 1 cm x 1⁄2 cm has been caused by sharp edge weapon which thus

5. Having regard to the nature of accusations, gravity of offence alleged and injury no. 1 sustained by the informant's son on his vital part of the body, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. The anticipatory bail petition stands dismissed.
