The petitioner, in the present writ application has sought for direction upon the respondent to quash the Letter No.1859 dated 09.06.2014, issued by the District Programme Officer, Katihar, whereby and whereunder the petitioner's representation-cum-application for taking his joining on the post of Panchayat Teacher has been rejected, in light of the order

Patna High Court CWJC No.14810 of 2014 (2) dt.06-12-2017 2/2 passed by the District Teachers Appointment Appellate Authority, Katihar.

Considering the relief sought for on behalf of the petitioner, the petitioner is directed to file an application before the District Appellate Authority, Katihar within a period of thirty days from the date of the order and the same shall be disposed of within the statutory period, in accordance with law. The present application is disposed of with the aforesaid observation and direction.
