JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 26-02-2018 The simple grievance, which the petitioner has, is that despite grant of recognition by the National Council for Teacher Education, for the academic sessions 2018-19, in favour of the petitioner-Sai Dev Charitable Trust, and application having been made to the Bihar School Examination Board to grant affiliation, till date, the affiliation has not been granted. It is the case of the petitioner that the National Council for Teacher Education has granted recognition for conducting D. El. Ed. (Diploma in Elementary Education) of two years duration with an intake of 50 (one basic unit) from the said academic sessions.

After having heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned Counsel for the Bihar School Examination Board and having considered the nature of relief sought, in the present

Patna High Court CWJC No.3418 of 2018(2) dt.26-02-2018 2/2 application, it is being disposed of with a direction to the Bihar School Examination Board to take a final decision on the question of grant of affiliation within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. This application stand disposed of.
