2. In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Jehanabad Town P.S. Case No. 527 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Amendment Act, 2018.
3. As per allegation, 441 liters of foreign liquor was recovered from the vehicle of the petitioner.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Nothing has been recovered from his conscious possession. He is merely the driver of the alleged vehicle and he is under custody since 10.07.2024.

5. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances as well as one criminal antecedent of the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is hereby rejected with the observation that the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail before the learned court itself after three months of this order. The learned court below shall consider the bail application of the petitioner without being prejudiced by this order.
