The petitioners, who are father-in-law and mother-in-law of the victim, apprehend their arrest in a case under sections 498A/34 and 306/34 of the IPC.

Learned counsel submits that live separately and have no concern with affairs of the informant and her husband. Learned counsel for the informant states that the petitioners do not even provide her sufficient ration and at times her (informant) husband ill torture her at the instance of these petitioners which once compelled her to commit suicide by burning herself.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest/surrender within six weeks from today, the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.35901 of 2014 (2) dt.04-03-2015 petitioner no.2 (Meena Devi) would be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.5,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Katihar in Barari(Semapur) Police station Case No. 85 of 2014, GR No.1585 of 2014.

Petitioner no.1 would surrender and seek regular bail in the meantime which would be disposed of preferably on the same day without prejudice.
