The petitioner is accused in connection with Sikarahatta P.S. Case No. 62 of 2016 registered under sections 304(B), 201 and 34 of the I.P.C. pending in the Court of S.D.J.M., Ara, Bhojpur.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent. Neither he demanded dowry from the deceased nor subjected any cruelty with her. It is also submitted that petitioner is in custody since 30.11.2016. Learned A.P.P. appearing on behalf of the State vehemently opposed the prayer of the petitioner with submission that there is direct allegation against the petitioner to cause injury
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.4161 of 2017 (3) dt.04-04-2017 2/2 to the deceased and witnesses have also supported the prosecution case.
Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and nature of allegation, I am not inclined to allow the prayer of the petitioner for bail. Accordingly, this application is rejected. (Arvind Srivastava, J) Shailendra/- U T
