Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Dharhara P. S. Case No. 104/2016 registered under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the FIR and he has been implicated in this case only on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused. Nothing has been recovered from his possession and he is in custody since 24.02.2017. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Munger, in connection with Dharhara P. S. Case No. 104/2016.
