The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 504, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is of making assault.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that petitioners have falsely been

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.70643 of 2021(3) dt.14-07-2022 2/3 implicated in this case. It is further submitted that at earlier point of time, petitioner No. 1 had lodged Motihari Muffasil P.S. Case No. 413 of 2021 against the informant under Sections 379, 504, 34. Hence, as a retaliatory measure, the present F.I.R has been lodged against the petitioners just to put pressure upon them. Moreover, the informant sustained simple injuries. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioners have no criminal antecedent. In the facts and circumstance of the case, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousands) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Motihari Muffasil P.S. Case No. 423 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down
