This application has been filed for quashing of the FIR of Civil Line, Gaya P.S. Case No. 25 of 2012 dated 21.1.2012.

By efflux of time the application has become infructuous as the Court has reason to believe that after lodging of the FIR the police must have completed investigation and submitted final form or charge sheet in the case. In either event there is no point in keeping the matter pending in this Court. If the police has submitted final form in that event the petitioner has absolutely no grievance and in case if the police after
