This application is for grant of bail in connection with Muffasil P.S.Case No.139 of 2016 for the offence under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case and he is in custody for about four months. So far antecedent is concerned, it is submitted that he is on bail in other cases.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides. From perusal of the record, it appears that a Motorcycle was recovered from the possession of the petitioner and furthermore, the petitioner is also accused in two other cases, as such I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.5094 of 2017 (2) dt.16-02-2017 2/2 at this stage, however, the learned trial court is directed to expedite the trial and try to conclude it within a period of six months and if not concluded, the petitioner is at liberty to renew his prayer before the court concerned itself and the learned court below will pass appropriate order without being prejudiced by the order of this Court.

With the aforesaid observation, this application is dismissed.
