2. The petitioner is in custody since 10.07.2016 in connection with Tandwa P.S. Case No. 49 of 2008 for the offences alleged under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 341, 384, 435, 342, 427, 379 and 380 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated as evident from the very fact that after due investigation charge sheet has been submitted only against other co-accused. The case has been registered in 2008 and the petitioner is in custody since 10.07.2016 i.e. more than six months. Petitioner claims clean antecedents.

4. Having regard to the entirety of the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten
