The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Gopalganj Town P.S. Case No.434 of 2022 registered under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code and other allied sections of the I.P.C.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. It is further submitted that similarly situated co-accused persons have already been granted anticipatory bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court vide orders dated 14.12.2022 and 19.12.2022 passed in Cr.Misc.No.57704 of 2022 and Cr.Misc.No.59886 of 2022.

Having considered the fact that similarly situated coaccused persons have already been granted anticipatory bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Gopalganj, Bihar in connection with Gopalganj Town P.S. Case No.434 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
