JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 04-04-2018 The District Judge, Vaishali, has requested for extension of four months' time to conclude trial of Sessions Trial No.70 of 2018, arising out of Ganga Bridge P.S. Case No.100 of 2015.

This Court had allowed ten months' time on 16.03.2017 for conclusion of the trial while refusing the prayer for bail of accused-petitioner Vipul Kumar Patel @ Vicky Kumar @ Vipul Patel.

Prayer for extension of time is allowed subject to the condition that in no circumstance the case shall be adjourned beyond a week and it must be disposed of within the aforesaid time frame.
