2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in a case instituted under Sections 30(a) and 41(i) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.
3. There is recovery of 15 litres illicit liquor from the hut of the petitioner situated at L.C.T. Ghat.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Nothing has been recovered from conscious possession or from the hut of the petitioner. Petitioner has no concern with the seized illicit liquor. Petitioner was neither present on the spot nor he had any knowledge about the said recovery. There is no independent witness of the seizure list. Petitioner has no

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, in the event of arrest or surrender before the Court below within six weeks from today, the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Court concerned in connection with Patliputra P.S. Case No.218 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482 (2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
