JUSTICE KISHORE KUMAR MANDAL ORAL ORDER 27-03-2015 Heard Mr. Bhavesh Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioners and Mr. Upendra Kumar, learned APP for the State. Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Patori P.S. case no. 73 of 2001 instituted under Sections 304(B), 498A, 201 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

They had earlier approached this Court for grant of anticipatory bail which was considered and rejected vide order dated 26.8.2002 passed in Cr. Misc. no. 4162 of 2002. They have again renewed their prayer.

Considering the facts aforesaid as also the fact that for all these years the petitioners remained absconders in the eye
