2. This writ application has been filed for the issuance of directions upon respondent No. 3, the Anchal Adhikari, Chakiya, P.S. Piprakothi, District-East Champaran, to dispose of the encroachment Case No. 33/2022-23.

3. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that in this regard, the petitioner has already filed a show cause on February 6, 2023, before respondent No. 3, Anchal Adhikari, Chakiya, P.S. Piprakothi, District-East Champaran, but till date, the same has not been disposed

4. In view of the aforesaid submission, the writ petition is disposed of with direction to respondent No. 3, the Anchal Adhikari, Chakiya, P.S. Piprakothi, DistrictEast Champaran, to dispose of the encroachment Case No. 33/2022-23 in accordance with law after hearing the parties, preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
