JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 11-03-2015 The petitioner being husband of the victim has renewed his prayer for bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 201/34, 304B, 498A of the I.P.C.

Accusation is killing the daughter of the informant after 2 1⁄2 years of marriage for non-fulfilment of dowry demand.

The petitioner is languishing in custody since 02.07.2012.

The report of the learned Adhoc Additional Sessions Judge, VIII, Purnea reflects that the matter has been placed for final argument though an application for cross examination of P.W. 1 has been filed on behalf of the defence. Considering the advanced stage of the trial, this Court is not inclined to interfere.
