JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 09-01-2023 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State as well as learned counsel appearing on behalf of the informant.

The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Matihani P.S. Case No. 40 of 2022 registered under Sections 120(B) and 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is mother-in-law of the deceased. She is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further he submits that there is no specific allegation against the petitioner. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Case No. 40 of 2022, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
