This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offences under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

A country made loaded pistol was recovered from possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 24.10.2016. The petitioner has disclosed two earlier criminal cases against the petitioner in paragraph 3 of the bail petition.

Considering the entire facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Jokihar P.S. Case No. 346 of 2016 (G.R. No. 3557 of 2016) to the satisfaction of Sri Kumar Amit Manu, Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, II, Araria, or successor Court, after nine months of custody.
