Case No. 35 of 2012 arising out of G.R. No. 605 of 2012. Considering that the petitioner seeks discharge on
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.36093 of 2014 (3) dt.02-04-2015 2/2 question of fact which cannot be gone into at the stage under Section 482 Cr. P.C, the application stands rejected. The Trial Court is directed to expedite the trial without giving unnecessary adjournment to any party for which reason the trial Court will send a list of witnesses fixing specific dates for their examination along with a copy of this order to the concerned Superintendent of Police, who is directed to ensure the attendance of the witnesses on the date fixed so that there is no further delay in the trial.
