JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 21-08-2024 At the outset, it is pointed out by the learned counsel for the private respondents that the respondent nos. 6 to 9 have already filed a title suit bearing Title Suit No.65 of 2014, which is pending adjudication before the learned Court of Sub-Judge-1st Benipur, Darbhanga.

2. In such view of the matter, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since the petitioner is already a defendant in the aforesaid title suit, he be granted liberty to prosecute the same. Liberty so sought is

3. The writ petition stands disposed off.
