ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 13-09-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is in custody since 27.07.2019 in connection with Town (Ratanpur O.P.) P.S. Case No. 427 of 2019 registered for the offence under Section 30 (a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act, 2016.

The petitioner is the driver of the vehicle from which certain quantity of liquor was said to have been seized. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner was not aware of the fact that liquor was kept in his car and he has nothing to do with the same. It is further submitted that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances and that the petitioner has clean antecedents, let
