This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offences under Sections 302/34 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.
Co-accused, Sanjay Sao, had called the victim, Pintu Kumar, and, thereafter murder of Pintu Kumar was committed. Sanjay Sao informed the family members that Pintu Kumar has been murdered. Thus, main suspicion is against Sanjay Sao, who has already been allowed bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 1749 of 2017 on 19.01.2017 and the petitioner is also under suspicion.
Hence, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Bakhtiyarpur P.S. Case No. 170 of 2016 to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Barh, Patna, or successor Court.
