JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 30-03-2018 The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is a provision of appeal against the order passed by the District Programme Officer, Madhepura dated 2.1.2018, hence the petitioner be permitted to file the appeal.
In view of the aforesaid, the present writ petition is disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to file an appeal against the impugned order dated 2.1.2018. In case the appeal is filed within a period of four weeks from today, the appellate authority shall dispose of the same within a period of four weeks by a reasoned and speaking order, considering the case of the petitioner sympathetically.
