This is a petition for grant of regular bail in a case registered for offences punishable under Sections 363, 366, 366 (A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has not committed any offence and entire allegation is false and concocted. The statement of the victim girl was recorded under Section 164 Cr. P. C. wherein she stated that she went with the petitioner on her own will and the petitioner is in custody since 15.09.2016 without any fault. Considering the facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner, Gautam Paswan is directed to be released
