The father of the petitioner is said to have gone missing on 7.12.1990 and the petitioner after seven years of the date since his father was missing had allegedly filed an application for compassionate appointment and when the same was rejected, he had filed a writ application, C.W.J.C.No. 11607/2004, which after some argument was sought to be withdrawn in order to enable the petitioner to seek departmental remedy. Thereafter the petitioner claims that he had filed representation on 23.8.2007 but that was also not attended to.
Patna High Court CWJC No.17936 of 2008 (2) dt.28-07-2015 As would be apparent the family has been even without bread-earner for the last 25 years and now there will be no use in directing the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner, especially when the first writ application itself was found not maintainable before this Court.
That being so, this application is dismissed. (Mihir Kumar Jha, J) surendra/- U
