The petitioner is in custody in connection with Suiya P.S. Case No. 19 of 2019 for the offences under Sections 392, 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 09.07.2019. He further submits that allegation against the petitioner is that he was involved in loot of two mobiles and cash of Rs.5300/- his the name of the petitioner surfaced on confessional statement of co-accused.

Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be released on bail on furnishing
