JUSTICE SUNIL KUMAR PANWAR ORAL ORDER 10-10-2023 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present case was instituted in the year of 1996 and the trial of other accused persons, against whom similar allegation has been made, was already concluded by learned trial court.

2. In that view of the matter, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the petition.

3. Permission is accorded.

4. Accordingly, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

5. After considering submission of learned counsel of the petitioner, the trial court is directed to expedite and conclude the trial positively within a period of four months.

6. The petitioner is also directed to co-operate in the
