2. The petitioner has approached this Court seeking a direction upon the respondent authorities to extend all his post retiral benefits, including full pension, gratuity, leave encashment, GPF etc along with the interest over the delayed payment.

3. Learned Advocate for the petitioner fairly contended that despite the fact the amount under different head of the retiral benefits have been sanctioned long back in the year 2023, till date, the petitioner has been deprived from the actual monetary benefits; hence, the present writ petition.

4. Learned SC-24 has submitted that since the amount has already been sanctioned, the respondent authorities shall

5. Having considered the fair stand of the learned Advocate for the State, this Court deems it fit and proper to dispose off the writ petition with a liberty to the petitioner to approach before the respondent no. 4 by filing an appropriate representation, preferably within a period of two weeks, from today.

6. In case such a representation is filed, the concerned respondent shall look into the matter and ensure payment of all the admissible retiral benefits/other dues, preferably within a period of twelve weeks, from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

7. Suffice it to observe that in case of non-payment of admissible dues, the petitioner shall be entitle to get interest over the delayed payment, which shall be realized from the Officers/persons, whosoever be found responsible.

8. The writ petition stands disposed off with the liberty aforesaid.
