Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kusheshwar Asthan P.S. Case No. 113 of 2015 registered under Sections- 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case due to admitted land dispute. There is case and counter case between the parties.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.3400 of 2017 (3) dt.17-03-2017 2/2 Considering the nature of allegations levelled against this petitioner and the submissions advanced on behalf of the State, I do not feel inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. His prayer for anticipatory bail is, therefore, rejected.
