This is a petition for grant of regular bail in a case registered for offences punishable under Sections 420, 408, 120 (B) and 381/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is the Incharge, ACRM of Ujjiwan Financial services Limited, Exhibition Road, Patna is only for one day i.e. 24.11.2016 and thereafter, he was handed over charge to the CRM, namely, Santosh Kumar Singh on 25.11.2016 and the password of the digital cash vault remains with the CRM, Mr. Santosh Kumar Singh and the allegation against the petitioner is false and concocted. Considering the facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner, Pratul Kumar is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Judge-VI, Civil Court, Patna in connection with Gandhi Maidan P.S.Case No. 448 of 2016.
