JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 11-10-2017 The petitioner, in the present writ application, has sought for direction upon the respondent authorities concerned to consider the case of the petitioner for compassionate appointment as his unmarried elder brother died while he was working as Prakhand Teacher in Siswan Block, District-Siwan and the petitioner is only applicant to be considered for compassionate appointment as per letter no.7146 dated 31.10.2008 issued under the signature of the Deputy Secretary, Personnel and Administrative Reforms Department, Govt. of Bihar, Patna.

Patna High Court CWJC No.19745 of 2014 (2) dt.11-10-2017 2/2 It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the issue relating to the present writ application is covered by the decision of the State Government vide Annexure-11, which is letter no.3/C-233/2007 ka 7146 dated 31.10.2008. Considering the submissions made on behalf of the parties, the petitioner is directed to file a representation before the District Education Officer, Siwan, who shall disposed of the representation filed on behalf of the petitioner within a period of three months from the date of filing of such representation taking into the account the letter no.3/C-233/2007 ka 7146 dated 31.10.2008 issued by the State Government.

With the aforesaid observation and direction, the present writ application stands disposed of.
