The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 325, 307 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.
There is allegation against this petitioner of assaulting with iron rod on the head of Lalan Ram. Case diary was called for, which has since been received.
Learned A.P.P. has pointed out that injury report has been mentioned in para-26 of the case diary, wherein doctor has found one lacerated wound over the parietal region on the person of Lalan Ram, which is simple in nature.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.3094 of 2017 (3) dt.22-02-2017 2/2 From the injury report itself it appears that there is no repetition of blow.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran, in connection with Chanpatia (Sirisia O.P.) P.S. Case No. 289 of 2015, subject to the condition that both the bailors will be the close relative of the petitioner.
