JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 14-07-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 414,467,468,471,420 and 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 33 of the Indian Forest Act.

It is alleged that on secret information, the driver of a truck was apprehended carrying the stolen coal on forged permit and was selling it to one Badri Singh. The driver disclosed the name of petitioner and others who supplied forged road permits after taking rupees one thousand.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that there is no recovery from the petitioner nor there is anything on record to show that the forged permits were supplied by petitioner.

The aforesaid facts constitute ground for consideration

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.29841 of 2015 (2) dt.14-07-2015 2/2 of the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner by the learned court below in case the petitioners surrender within six weeks from today in connection with Sherghati P.S. Case No. 136 of 2015 pending in the court of learned SDJM, Sherghati, Gaya.

This application is disposed of with the aforesaid observation/direction.
