The petitioner is accused in connection with Panapur P.S. Case No. 83 of 2016 registered under Sections 147,148,149,341,323,302 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case due to land dispute and has no role to play in the alleged murder. Charge has been framed. Also the petitioner is in custody since 14.07.2016.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. Ten thousand only) with two sureties of
