This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offence under Section 30 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

From the miscellaneous shop of the petitioner fourteen bottles of foreign liquor was allegedly recovered. The petitioner is in custody since 22.11.2016 and has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Kopa P.S. Case No. 140 of 2016 to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Saran at Chapra, or successor Court with the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the
