1. The Director, Primary Education, Government of Bihar, Patna, is present in the Court and tenders unqualified apology for the delay which has taken place in complying the order of this Court dated 26.02.2019, passed in CWJC No.3654 of 2019. He further submits that the officials of the Education Department shall be careful in future and endeavours shall be

Patna High Court MJC No.3388 of 2019(8) dt.20-09-2023 2/2 made to ensure that all the orders/judgments, passed by the Hon'ble Patna High Court are complied with forthwith. The unqualified apology so tendered is accepted and the rule is discharged.

2. The Director, Primary Education, Government of Bihar, Patna has next submitted that immediately upon the matter was placed before him, he had taken up the matter and passed a reasoned and a detailed order dated 16.09.2023, granting regular pay scale to the petitioner and the consequential order has also been thereafter, issued to the said effect, by the District Education Officer, Patna, vide order dated 16.09.2023.

3. In view of the aforesaid, this Court is satisfied that the order of this Court, disobedience whereof has been complained of has stood complied with. Nonetheless, in case the petitioner is aggrieved, he may take recourse to such remedies, as are available under the law.
