2. This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 23.02.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 12520/2024 for extension of time for furnishing bail bond of the petitioner.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that earlier petitioner had filed modification petition vide AnnexureP/2 and modification application was allowed by this court and time was granted to the petitioner for two weeks on the cost of Rs.5,000/-. But the petitioner was unable to deposit the cost of Rs.5,000/- because he was under treatment and also in bed rest according to advice of the doctor. Copy of the prescription of doctor dated 02.02.2024 kept at Annexure-P/3 of the bail

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State does not controvert the said submission.

5. Considering the same, let the period of furnish bail bond and to deposit cost of Rs.5,000/- of the petitioner be extended by ten days from today, in connection with Bihar P.S. Case No. 598/2023 to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-2nd, Nalanda at Biharsharif.

6. Rest of the condition as stipulated in the order dated 06.11.2023 and 23.02.2024 shall remain as it is.

7. Accordingly, the modification application is allowed.
