Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 47(A)(C)(E)(G) of the Excise Act. Country made liquor was recovered from the possession of the petitioners and they are in custody since 01.09.2016. Petitioners have stated on oath that they have got no criminal antecedent.
Considering the aforesaid facts especially the period already undergone, let the petitioners, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2779 of 2017 (3) dt.04-04-2017 2/2 Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada/successor Court in connection with Nawada Town Police Station Case No. 490 of 2016, subject to the condition that the petitioners shall fully co-operate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners.
